I’ve been coming to boulder wellness for about 5 years now. It was the first dispo I came to in Colorado. After moving to Colorado I quickly realized that boulder wellness was on another level of professionalism. I live an hr north and I drive pass many dispos on my way to Boulder wellness. The service is amazing. The vibe is iniviting. So important. The staff is top notch. The manager. I don’t know his name but he had red hair an a red beard. If every dispensary in Colorado had a manager like him the world would be a better place. He truly understands customer care. Thanks again for another great day with this amazing plant. Besides having a great selection of high quality products, the people who work at Boulder Wellness are knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate the time they take to talk to you and again, the knowledge behind the words!! Update***! It wouldn't let me leave a new review, so adding to this one. Everything I wrote previously still stands - had to give a shout-out to Sam, one of the stellar staff members. He is so knowledgeable and truly makes a very kind effort to help me get exactly what I come in for - his specific and clear understanding of concentrates is crucial! Although I don't write reviews very often, I feel compelled to write one about this one place (Boulder Wellness Center), and this one person in particular (Tory), who really deserves a special shout out for being an incredibly intelligent, intuitive, and conscientious budtender. The first time I walked into Boulder Wellness Center, Tory immediately helped me feel empowered, comfortable, and informed about the products I was selecting and purchasing. For me, going to a dispensary is an experience. I want to feel listened to by the budtender, and lovingly stretched a tad out of my comfort zone when choosing different products. I have been to many shops in my time. I have to say that Boulder Wellness Center is the best shop I have ever been to. They have the best and affordable prices in all of Boulder. Great quality in the product. And aside from getting great product you get the best customer service Colorado has to offer. I am a college student learning languages and I love being able to go into the store and talk with the employees about my studies. They haveThey have shown me that they truly care about me as their customer they go above and beyond. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I’ve been coming to Boulder wellness for over four years now, been a member for as long as well. I’ve tried many dispensaries in Boulder and in Denver as well. I go to Boulder wellness because it is consistently an excellent experience. The staff is always very friendly and eager to help. The selection is top notch and they are always looking for customer references and ideas on new items to order. I’ve been coming here so long that it feels like a second home to me, the employees are like my siblings or family. Like I said before the selection is fantastic, the medical side is top notch and the rec side is excellent as well. If you ever have an outside request for an item, Jeff will definitely take care of you. I have ordered a few specific items and Jeff always calls when they come in. Try this place, you will not be disappointed. It is definitely the best dispensary in Boulder ~ Tim W

Boulder Wellness Center is such an amazing place. Product selection is top-notch and the staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Jeff the manager always goes out of his way to help every time I or my caregiver comes in. We have been going in for the last 2 years to purchase "Creature Comfort" by Sweet Mary Jane (Organic MCT oil infused with CBD & THC-A), which I take daily. I was diagnosed with cancer over two years ago now, and doctors told me my life was measured in months, but here I am still going strong! I think it's in no small part to the Creature Comfort, and the just general love and kindness that Boulder Wellness is dishing out. Thank you! ~ Oki D

This dispensary is pretty cool! Nice atmosphere, nice placement London was my budtemder. He was super awesome, I would definitely recommend talking to him if possible. He Was knowledgeable, very friendly, didn't interrupt, listened to my question and then answered it! One thing about this place however, the price is a little high if your not a member! I don't think I would purchase anything from if I wasn't a member or considering becoming one. Your first three visits you get member pricing, so they give you a chance! Also, apparently everything is organic! Check them out, definitely worth it! ~ J

Excellent staff! My friends were purchasing edibles and flower, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with a great selection. I can't consume THC due to drug testing for my employment, so I was asking about pure CBD with 0% THC. I've asked for this at half a dozen dispensaries, and the wonderful Jeff was the first person EVER to advise me that anything from a dispensary will have some THC, but pointed out I could find what I was looking for at any natural grocers. Made my life so much easier! I can ease my anxiety without losing my job, and my friends have a great product for their weekend! ~ Jennifer W

This dispensary is really great. They have an incredible selection of live resin, which is all I buy. They always have a great selection of viola, craft, incredibles, olio and others. The only complaint I have is that they are not open until ten, and that they do not have the same hours every day of the week. Boulder changed the laws a few months ago so that dispensaries could stay open until ten, but still no change in the hours at Boulder Wellness. Hire more people and stay open later, it is good business. Still 5 stars because they have great customer service, and they have great hash, they just need to get some other details on point. ~ Michael B

These people have taken great care of me. Not sure where the other reviewer has been, but these are some of the cheaper buds I've bought, and some of the better. They're always super friendly, always have great stock, the concentrates are usually plentiful, as are the edibles. Growing process is amazing here. Every bud has been treated with TLC and it shows through very much so. I drive over 2 hours from the mountains so I can get this great bud. Stuff growers do out here is too expensive and not as high quality. Plus its usually from Boulder anyways. Great all-around. Try and prove me wrong. ~ David M

This is by far my favorite dispensary in the area. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I've had a few budtenders that were incredibly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me to help me decide what to get for my personal needs. For example, this week when I stopped by, London helped me decide on a new strain which is incredible and he was just super cool and chatted with me while prepping my order. They also have my most favorite strain ever, Strawberry Cookies which is exclusive at this shop. I also love the B-Well Kush strain they have. Every time I'm in the Boulder area I stop here and stock up! ~ Janea T

Boulder has many fine dispensaries, and what sets them apart is the service. There are some places that just sell based on the highest percentage THC. But then there are places like Boulder Wellness Center that want to help you buy the product that will best meet your needs and desires. Customer service starts with a skilled budtender, and Jake is one of the best I have ever dealt with. He asked a few questions to find out what I was looking for, and then gave me a curated selection to choose from. He really knows the products and knows people. Boulder Wellness was the first dispensary I went to and I found their flower to be high quality also in terms of organic purity. I then tried a few other dispensaries expecting similar quality, but was surprised at the great difference in quality, flavour and purity. What I got was headaches from less than organic methods. Staff have also been the most educated, friendly and the store is beautiful. BWC is the best in Boulder if you want to improve your health and have the tastiest too! ~ Phiona G

Medicinal side; fairly competitive prices on everything but especially noticeable on the little extra things next to the register. Lighter, papers, mini glass pipe are about $3, 5, & 10 respectively. Superior edible variety/specialties, Always something new. Decent daily deals. Good help, experienced but also very familiar with their menu & don't use vague descriptions that all boil down to, "really cool, man." & All types Recycling Bin for ANY old plastic pot containers! Best selection of concentrates and edibles in Boulder. I’ve been going here for almost 15 years and it’s always been a great dispensary. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will take your number and call you when it arrives. Ask for Jeff, Miles or Sarah. The staff are all good people who genuinely care about their patients, which means a lot if you’re sick or just recreationally smoking. That’s why I will always go back. Forever. I called in looking for CBD oil for my anxiety and I spoke with Will. He was so patient and helpful on the phone that I knew this would be the place where I would feel comfortable to make my purchase. Once I was there I was able to meet with Will in person where he continued to give me valuable information about CBD oil and the dosing of it. I’ve been visiting my best friend in Colorado since 2016 and this was the first dispensary I’ve visited! 3 years later and still coming here every time I visit, they have a great variety on med and Rec side. the employees/ budtenders are all super sweet and genuinely helpful as well! Today Sarah helped me get all my needs, edibles bud and some awesome cannabis salve. She was super suggestive and helpful ! Highly recommend! ~ Ashley M

The medical side staff handled an extremely rude and entitled woman’s demands for a discount will extreme professionalism and respect. There’s no reason to be that rude to anyone and the woman didn’t tip and tried to intimidate an employee in training. Disgusting and uncomfortable for customers (like me). I believe businesses have the right to refuse service. I recommend refusing this woman service to protect my staff and customers. ~ H S

I really appreciate the experience of shopping at BWC. More than anything, they are professionals that treat me like an adult — refreshing. Amazing Flower, affordable Concentrates, and the most relaxing atmosphere I have found! Their flower smells great, looks great, and is cured with experience. The store is great. The service is amazing, the bud tenders are like family and friends who understand not just there to sell some pot. Quality is really good. Better than good, impressive. From the minute you walk in, you can tell this place is special. From the extensive product selection and quality, to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, to the beautiful local artwork on the walls, and the overall elevated vibe - this place is simply awesome!
